Watercolour over stamped with African Fabric stamp #3 in shades of blue and green ink.
For those in the UK and near a well-known-German-coffee-chain they have extremely reasonable priced cups similar to this (but not the Bodum or in the press style that I use) on sale this week in their stores. They even have a couple of inserts to interchange - but you're not really interested in that are you? You would prefer to, like me, to make your own wouldn't you?

Cup 09/02/09
Purple and metallic ink on photocopy of newspaper collage. This paper still gives me shivers - it coincided with the blackwork period of the City and Guilds course. Whilst I appreciate the skill, patience and workmanship that goes in to such stitching, you won't find me doing it ever again.
