Kitchen discovery

I have just rediscovered the kitchen. In doing so I couldn't resist taking a picture of this quite literally yummy colour combination. Lime green spoon with blackcurrant coulis. Yes, G & Mr.T this does mean what you think it is. Also coconut macaroons are on the cards because a girl has to deal with her leftover egg whites somehow....
