Two birds, one stone

A month back we finally did some silk painting in class. I thoroughly enjoyed this as this is the reason I got into textile art in the first place. The design work that I have recently been working on suggested that it would make an interesting design, if enlarged, for silk painting using the gutta technique. I think this piece would be best hemmed and used as a scarf to go with the other pieces derived from this design study.
